BariqAI offers a 7-day refund window for new subscribers who have not used more than 10 credits. We believe in fair, hassle-free refunds — no hard feelings.

2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@bariqai.com with:
- Subject: Refund Request — [your email]
- Your registered email address
- Razorpay Payment ID (found in your confirmation email)
- Reason for refund request
We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Cancellation Policy
BariqAI subscriptions are month-to-month (or quarterly for CRM plans). There is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time:
- Cancellation stops future billing — your plan remains active until the end of the current period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days in a billing period
- To cancel, email info@bariqai.com with subject "Cancel Subscription"
We do not auto-renew without your knowledge. You will receive a renewal reminder 3 days before your plan expires.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Ad spend credited to Meta or Google via your Ad Wallet
- Payments for plans where more than 10 AI credits have been used
- CRM + AI Calling plans after the calling service has been activated
- Custom onboarding or setup fees
- GST paid — we cannot refund tax collected on behalf of the government
