1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NRF FINTECH LLP ("BariqAI", "we", "us") governing your use of the BariqAI platform. By registering an account or making a payment, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
BariqAI provides an AI-powered marketing platform that includes:
- AI image and video ad generation using OpenAI's APIs
- Caption, hashtag, and content generation in 19 Indian languages
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaign management via API
- Google Ads copy generation and Google My Business integration
- CRM, lead management, and AI calling features (on applicable plans)
- Smart Combos and Add-ons as described on the pricing page
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access
- One account per business entity — multiple accounts are not permitted
4. Payment and Billing
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and subject to GST as applicable
- Plans are billed monthly or quarterly as selected at purchase
- Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at next renewal
- We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days advance notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use BariqAI to:
- Create content that violates Meta, Google, or any platform's advertising policies
- Generate misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent advertisements
- Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
- Send spam or unsolicited communications via AI calling features
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
- Resell or sublicense access to third parties without prior written consent
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. AI-Generated Content
- Content generated by BariqAI's AI tools is provided as-is for your use
- You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing
- BariqAI does not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet all regulatory or platform requirements
- You retain ownership of content you create using the platform
- You grant BariqAI a limited licence to process your content to provide the service
7. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect Meta or Google accounts, you authorise BariqAI to act on your behalf within the scope of permissions granted. You remain responsible for compliance with Meta's and Google's terms of service. BariqAI is not liable for account restrictions imposed by these platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NRF FINTECH LLP shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from platform use
- Ad campaign performance or results on Meta, Google, or any platform
- Interruptions to service due to third-party API changes (Meta, Google, OpenAI)
- Data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication first — email us at nrf@bariqai.com.
